Description
<p class="bill_description"> This bill would propose a local constitutional amendment that would allow mayors of municipalities located in Franklin County to participate in the Employees' Retirement System</p><p class="bill_entitled_an_act"> Relating to Franklin County; to propose an amendment to the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, to allow mayors in Franklin County to participate in the Employees' Retirement System. </p>
