Description
Under existing law, the Commissioner of Agriculture and Industries is paid the salary fixed by law.
This bill would set the salary of the Commissioner of Agriculture and Industries effective beginning the term of office commencing in January 2023.
Relating to the Commissioner of Agriculture and Industries; to amend Section 2-2-5 of the Code of Alabama 1975, to set the salary of the commissioner beginning the next term of office.
