Alabama Trust Fund, virtual meetings, provided for, operation of board provided for, Sec. 36-17-21 added.
Description
<p class="bill_description"> Existing law setting forth the Alabama Trust
Fund makes no provision for meetings of the board
of trustees by virtual means</p><p class="bill_description">
This bill would authorize the Board of
Trustees of the Alabama Trust Fund to meet using
virtual means, and would provide certain conditions
on meetings held by virtual means</p><p class="bill_description">
This bill would also provide that the
facilities of the State Treasurer be used in the
administration of the Alabama Trust Fund, including
the scheduling and notification of meetings</p><p class="bill_entitled_an_act"> Relating to the Alabama Trust Fund; to provide for
meetings of the board of trustees by virtual means; and to
further provide for the operation of the board of trustees.
