Description
This bill would propose a local constitutional amendment that would allow mayors of municipalities located in Montgomery County to participate in the Employees' Retirement System
Relating to Montgomery County; to propose an amendment to the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, to allow mayors in Montgomery County to participate in the Employees' Retirement System.
