Description
Existing law provides for the organization and existence of the Alabama National Guard
This bill would provide for the inclusion of the Space National Guard within the Alabama National Guard if the federal government creates the Space National Guard in the National Defense Authorization Act by fiscal year 2025
Relating to the Alabama National Guard; to provide for the inclusion of the Space National Guard within the Alabama National Guard, contingent upon its creation by the federal government.
