Under existing law, a juror receives mileage
reimbursement of $0.05 per mile traveled for court and
receives $10 per day for an expense allowance</p><p class="bill_description"> This bill would allow the Alabama Supreme Court
to increase the mileage rate and expense allowance by
order or rule</p><p class="bill_entitled_an_act"> Relating to courts; to amend Section 12-19-210, Code of
