Under existing law, sales and use taxes may be
imposed upon certain persons and organizations by the
state, as well as counties and municipalities within
the state. Certain entities are exempted by law from
state, county, and local sales and use taxes</p><p class="bill_description"> This bill would provide an exemption from state,
