Abolishes the office of constable in Talladega County for each election precinct established under Chapter 23, Title 36, of the Alabama Code. The abolition takes effect at the end of the current term of office. The act becomes effective on the first day of the third month after it is passed and approved by the Governor, or otherwise becomes law.
