Under existing law, the Historic Blakeley Authority was created to establish, develop, operate, promote, protect, preserve, and maintain as a state historic park the lands in Baldwin County, Alabama, listed on the National Register of Historic Places as the Blakeley site.
This bill would revise the membership of the authority to include the serving member of the Alabama House of Representatives who represents the district where the Blakeley site is situated, in lieu of the member representing District 95.
