Title

Relating to the Board of Pardons and Paroles; to amend Section 15-22-30.1, Code of Alabama 1975, to require that at least one residential transition center established by the board to be a women's facility.

Description

Under existing law, the Board of Pardons and Paroles may establish and maintain one or more residential transition centers This bill would provide that at least one of the facilities must be a women's facility Relating to the Board of Pardons and Paroles; to amend Section 15-22-30.1, Code of Alabama 1975, to require that at least one residential transition center established by the board to be a women's facility.
