Title
Income tax refunds approved by Revenue Department, state Controller required to give priority to payment of refund over any other payment
Description
This bill would require that approved income tax refunds would be a priority for payment by the Comptroller over any other payment made by the Comptroller
Relating to refunds for income tax overpayment approved by the Department of Revenue; to provide that the state Comptroller shall give priority to paying an approved income tax refund over any other payment made by the Comptroller.
