BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE, That the following
bills in the order named shall be the special, paramount and
continuing order of business taking precedence over all other
matters until disposed of for the Twenty-fourth Legislative
Corrections Dept., correctional officer retention, pilot
program for bonuses, expiration
Examination of Bank Service Providers Act, created, au-
thorize Superintendent of Banks to examine service pro-
viders that provide services to certain banks, Secs.
5-3A-30 to 5-3A-35, inclusive, added
Criminal procedure, sentence and punishment, credit for
time spent incarcerated pending trial or other adjudica-
tion, Sec. 15-18-5 am'd.
Workers' compensation, law enforcement officer,
firefighter, emergency medical personnel, killed in line
of duty, surviving spouse to keep benefits after remar-
riage, Secs. 25-5-60, 25-5-66, 25-5-68, 25-5-69 am'd.Representative McMillan:
Employees' Retirement System, provisions of Act 2017-367
extended to allow local participating units to elect to
come under act
Adult Protective Services Act, revise definition of pro-
tected person, to persons with Alzheimers disease or de-
mentia and remove reference to senile, Sec. 38-9-2 am'd.
Attorneys, allow attorneys with special licenses to do
pro bono work, Sec. 34-3-6 am'd.
Sales and use taxes, exemption for sale of fruit and ag-
ricultural products further provided for, all sales tax
exemptions incorporated in use tax, Secs. 40-23-4,
