Title

Description

Under existing law, any person who induces or
attempts to induce an abortion, miscarriage, or
premature delivery is guilty of a misdemeanor</p><p class="bill_description"> This bill would repeal the law providing that it
is a misdemeanor to induce or attempt to induce an
abortion, miscarriage, or premature delivery</p><p class="bill_entitled_an_act"> Relating to abortion; to repeal Section 13A-13-7, Code
of Alabama 1975, providing for criminal penalties for inducing
or attempting to induce an abortion, miscarriage, or premature
delivery.
