HB202 extends the Polygraph Examiners Board's existence and authority until October 1, 2027.
The bill keeps the Polygraph Examiners Board in operation beyond its sunset date. It extends the board's existence and functioning through October 1, 2027, under the existing enabling statutes (34-25-1 to 34-25-36). Those statutes are preserved, so the board's rules and regulatory authority stay in effect as they are now. The act becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor.
