Under existing law, the Alabama Department of
Environmental Management Fund consists of monies from
any source to be used in furtherance of the
department's duties and obligations</p><p class="bill_description"> This bill would provide for an assessment on
each customer of a community water system to be
deposited into the Alabama Department of Environmental
Management Fund</p><p class="bill_entitled_an_act"> Relating to environmental funding, to assess an
environmental fee on each customer of a community water system
