- Relating to the Military Family Jobs Opportunity Act; to amend Section 31-1-6, Code of Alabama 1975, as amended by Act 2022-92, 2022 Regular Session, to extend professional license reciprocity to spouses of United States Department of Defense civil servants.
- Description
The Military Family Jobs Opportunity Act extends professional license reciprocity to eligible individuals, defined as spouses of specified members of the United States Armed Forces and specified federal employees.
This bill would extend professional license reciprocity to spouses of United States Department of Defense civil servants.
This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to conform to existing definitions in the law.
