Relating to counties; to provide alternative virtual or electronic methods for the posting of certain public notices required by law.

<p class="bill_description">
Under existing law, certain notices are required
to be posted in a conspicuous place at the county
courthouse</p><p class="bill_description"> This bill would establish alternative methods
for posting these notices, either by posting on a
public website maintained by the county or on an
electronic display within the courthouse or other
county building in which the notice is required to be
posted</p><p class="bill_entitled_an_act"> Relating to counties; to provide alternative virtual or
electronic methods for the posting of certain public notices
required by law.
</p>
