Description
This bill would codify the existing common law of Alabama that, under prescribed circumstances, abates the civil liability of a person or entity that contracts with the State of Alabama, a county, or a local government to inspect, monitor, or observe the construction, repair, or maintenance of a highway, a road, or a street.
