Description

This bill would amend the Alabama Sunset Law to allow for the Legislature to consider an omnibus bill for the continuation, without change, of multiple agencies upon the recommendation of the Sunset Committee

To amend Section 41-20-11 of the Code of Alabama 1975, to provide that the Legislature may consider an omnibus bill for the continuation of multiple agencies upon the recommendation of the Sunset Committee.
