Description

This bill would propose a constitutional amendment to require members of the Alabama Legislature to be tested if there exists a reasonable suspicion that the person might be using controlled substances

Proposing an amendment to Section 47 of the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, now appearing as Section 47 of the Official Recompilation of the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, as amended, to further require members of the Alabama Legislature to be tested if there exists a reasonable suspicion that the person might be using controlled substances.
