- Description
Existing law setting forth the Alabama Trust Fund makes no provision for meetings of the board of trustees by virtual means.
This bill would authorize the Board of Trustees of the Alabama Trust Fund to meet using virtual means, and would provide certain conditions on meetings held by virtual means.
This bill would also provide that the facilities of the State Treasurer be used in the administration of the Alabama Trust Fund, including the scheduling and notification of meetings.
