Gil Isbell
General Information

Representing the citizens of Etowah County is a high honor, and I have worked hard to represent our shared conservative beliefs and values in the corridors, committee rooms, and chambers of the State House. While we have made great progress, implemented conservative reforms, and produced strong results over the past four years, much work remains in our effort to fundamentally change the way Montgomery operates, and I look forward to continuing the job.
I'm proud to be born and raised in Etowah County. My wife, Syndee, owns and operates The Stone Market in downtown Gadsden, and we are proud parents to our daughter, Iris Ann.
Gil holds leadership positions with the Kiwanis Club of Gadsden, on the board of the Salvation Army, and chairs the administrative board of the First United Methodist Church of Attalla.
