<p class="bill_description"> This bill would authorize the Joint Transportation Committee to call for and conduct an administrative hearing with the Department of Transportation and any private business person or entity involving a civil dispute or conflict</p><p class="bill_entitled_an_act"> To amend Section 29-2-4, Code of Alabama 1975, relating to the duties of the Joint Transportation Committee; to authorize the committee to call for and conduct an administrative hearing involving a civil dispute or conflict between the department and any private business person or entity. </p>
