Bill Summary
This bill would create an additional circuit judgeship, designated as Circuit Judgeship Number 8, in the Twenty-third Judicial Circuit comprised of Madison County, an additional circuit judgeship, designated as Circuit Judgeship Number 4, in the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit comprised of Autauga, Chilton, and Elmore Counties, and an additional circuit judgeship, designated Circuit Judgeship Number 6, in the Twenty-eighth Judicial Circuit comprised of Baldwin County.
This bill would also create an additional district judgeship, designated as District Judgeship Number 2, in DeKalb County.
This bill would also provide for the authority of the judges and for the compensation and benefits of the judges.
To provide for an additional circuit judgeship in the Twenty-third Judicial Circuit comprised of Madison County; to provide for an additional circuit judgeship in the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit comprised of Autauga, Chilton, and Elmore Counties; to provide for an additional circuit judgeship in the Twenty-eighth Judicial Circuit comprised of Baldwin County; to provide for an additional district judgeship in DeKalb County; and to provide for the authority of the judges and for the compensation and benefit of the judges.
