- Ethics Commission, annual appropriation to be certain percentage of General Fund Appropriations Act, reduction only by approval of House and Senate
- Description
This bill would provide that the annual appropriation to the State Ethics Commission in the State General Fund Appropriations Act shall be in an amount equal to one tenth of one percent of the total funds appropriated in the State General Fund Appropriations Act. This bill would also provide that such appropriation could not be reduced without approval of two-thirds of the House of Representatives and the Senate.
