<p class="bill_description"> Under existing law, jurors receive five
cents per mile for court attendance</p><p class="bill_description">
This bill would provide that jurors would
receive the state mileage rate, as determined by
the state Comptroller, for court attendance</p><p class="bill_entitled_an_act"> Relating to juries; to amend Section 12-19-210, Code
of Alabama 1975, to provide that jurors receive the state
mileage rate, as determined by the state Comptroller, for
court attendance.
