Title
Vaccines, exemption from COVID-19 vaccination for medical reasons or religious belief, submission of a form requesting the exemption
Description

This bill would prohibit an employer from requiring an employee to receive a COVID-19 vaccination when the employee objects to vaccination based on a religious belief or for medical reasons, including recovery from COVID-19.

This bill would also require the Department of Labor, in cooperation with the Office of the Attorney General, to publish guidance for employers.
