Title
Taxation, due dates for certain taxes, revise excise and income taxes dute dates to coincide with due dates for federal taxes, Dept of Revenue to delay due dates for filing certain taxes for taxpayers
Description
This bill would revise the 2021 payment date for financial institutions excise taxes and income taxes to coincide with the revised due dates for the corresponding federal payments
This bill would also authorize the Department of Revenue to delay the due date for filing and payment of certain taxes for taxpayers residing in areas declared a state of emergency or disaster
Relating due dates for payment of certain taxes; to revise the 2021 payment date for financial institutions excise taxes and income taxes to coincide with the revised due dates for federal taxes; and to authorize the Department of Revenue to delay the due date for filing certain taxes for taxpayers residing in areas declared a state of emergency or disaster.
