Title
Agricultural tourist attractions, to be defined by rule and approved by Agriculture and Industries Department, application and renewal fees, directional signs under certain conditions (2011-20698)
Description

This bill would require the Department of Agriculture and Industries to define and approve agricultural tourist attractions. The bill would provide for application fees and annual renewal fees. The bill would allow the Department of Agriculture and Industries to place, or allow approved agricultural tourist attractions to place, appropriate directional signs to direct traffic to agricultural tourist attractions.
