<p class="bill_description"> This bill would prohibit a governmental
entity from adopting or enforcing policies that
prohibit the provision or purchase of utility
energy services or related connections or
reconnections based upon the type or source of
utility energy service or fuel</p><p class="bill_entitled_an_act"> Relating to utility energy services; to prohibit
governmental entities from adopting or enforcing any policy
that prohibits the provision or purchase of any utility energy
service and related connections or reconnections based upon
the type or source of utility energy service or fuel; and to
provide for an exception.
