- Description
This bill would exempt a tax-exempt entity operating a dental clinic from the Dental Practice Act, but would require the entity to register with the State Board of Dental Examiners and to have a licensed dentist serving as chief of staff. This bill would also require the professional employees of the clinic to otherwise comply with the dental licensing law.
